Guess it’s worth the entire wait for it.
Gautam proves again that he is one of the few directors who can really make Suriya work out some magic on the silver screen.
I do not want to go into the story since many of you might have known it by now.
It was great to see Sameera Reddy in such a subtle role. She was breath-takingly beautiful compared to her bollywood flicks. Her outfits were great too.
Simran lived the role of Malini. Loved the chemistry between her & “Krishnan”. I mean why didn’t any one make them act together after Nerruku Nerr? hhmmm…..wonder why? They make a great pair!
The songs are sooo wonderful… they just need grow on you to make you like them… I mean I seem to love them more after watching the movie. In fact I am listening to “Nenjukkul” one of my fave whilst writing this.
Suriya keeps improving in all his movies. He was believable as both the aging father and as the 19 year old!!! Only Suriya can pull off such stupendous feat! You can literally see how much effort he has put it as the project took 2 years..yes 2 years to complete.
The movie did lag a bit in the second but who cares when you have Suriya, in 6 pec to OGLE at!! He was salivatingly HOT as Major Surya?!!! ooooooohhhhhhhh…We need more heroes like him in Kollywood, please!!!
I heard a lot sniffs and sniveling in the cinema… well that includes me & me sis…
My sis cried a bucket.. Where else I was trying to control all those tears from pouring out…
Suriya as Krishnan was sooo incredibly awesome.. he just makes you wish that you have a dad like him or make you miss yours… Oh… Suriya was looking cool in the long hair… and I loved the part where his parents finds out his addiction… Amazingly done!!!
I sincerely hope that Suriya comes down to Singapore to meet his fans as the theater was brimming with people, right up to the front row!!! Hope he knows that he has a strong fan ahem.. female fan base here!!!!J
Anyways.. It’s a MUST SEE film… Suriya was absolutely R-O-C-K-I-N-G in it!!!!
