My secondary school Machi!!
It was great bumping into my secondary school mate in the morning...we quickly exchanged numbers i as totally forgot the last time i met her.
I have practicllay lost contact with almost all of my secondary mates except a couple.. what to do.. 95% of them are married!!!
My friend looked chirpy and happy.. much better than our last meet at 2 years ago..
She has divorced her hubby ..good for her.. at least she has a life of her own now..He was never THE good husband.. hope she settles down soon.. it must be quite hard with 3 kids.. i just can't imagine it.. the way our lives has evolved so far..
She was the 1st to get married in our group.. oh well as long as she is fine...
Dint had much time to chit chat.. need to have mtg w e all the makkals.. guyz if you are reading this.. let me know yr schedule.. v can meet up:)

Over The Week
Cough.. cough..Been really sick for the past few days..feeling soo much better now..Everyone at work seems to be falling sick...after last week..
Im soo glad that its finally OVER... I have NEVER worked so hard and long in my entire life...
On the first day, i was at the venue at 7am only left at 9.30pm?!!! It was greulling to stand on your feet for the whole day and talking to people...Its just slavery..Thank god we could at least reimburse our taxi fares..
Working in such events enables you to befriend others. I met some goood ones and lousy ones... One of my most embarrasing moments was to having lunch with 2 disgusting people..They were were busy using the oil blotters on their faces after having their meal at a food court??!!! How gross?!!Thank god i did not ate much, i promised that i would have thrown up!! How could an educated grown up individual not have any kind of table ettiquette?!!No one waits for others here, they just munch their meal without feeling guilty about it. I AM the only who does that..
Everyone wanted to have a say in everything.. they lusted for authority..sigh.
Anyways we did a fantastic job there. We brought in alot of acts to perform, guitar, balloonist, belly dancing , fitness and yoga etc.. I managed to bring in my ex-colleagues but too bad 2 of them can't make it. The belly dancers pulled in a big crowd but some of them showed much more then required..kekekke..
The last day ended by 10..phew.. but we were still required to go to work on Monday!! Just imagine that!! We kinda worked for about 3hrs n headed home.. he should have just declared an off?!!
I guess i just got sick as i worked too hard without any rest..:(
My dept is planning to have an event this year..hopefully i am not involved in a BIG way..as my colleague who is in-charge of it is leaving mid 08'. In addition, i heard they have decided to have another major event like this next year too??!!!hmmm... Lets c..how its goes..Will i be still around here?*winks*
