I have been experiencing sleepless nights as i was worried about my performance today. I just couldn't imagine missing it on my yearly performance & miss my friend's too!!:( I was just scared of what my teacher will say...she can be unreasonable & empathetic at the same time...

I had to be at the NLB todat at 830am..as usual lady luck was laughing at me.. there was a big downpour!! I actually drenched myself as i was quite confused with the way with all the rain pouring at me?!!!Imagine me wearing all black (co. t-shirt) & a paper bag scootering around for shelter!!!I can make great comedy at times?!!

Guess what?!! i was punctual & early...I felt it was a good experience as i managed to bond with people whom i don't really get to see at work.nice gals but it sucked as i was the oldest among them?!!shucks?!!I managed to sneak at around 1230pm as the workshop was dragged to 1pm??!!

I dashed for a taxi.. bless the uncle for stopping it...:)My khakis panicked when they saw me in chudithar as it seems that my teacher went ballistic at one of the gal for turning up in salwaar?!I tried to evade from my teacher's eyes..kekekek.. Strangely she dint bother me too.. i did msg her that i will be working.. it will be really sad if she did not understand my predicament as i made the extra efforts to rush down?!!sigh.. teacherai purinthcikeveh mudiyallaiyeh!!sigh...

My group performance went quite well.. With a little bit of hiccups here & there. Guys, understand i was feeling a bit jittery about teacher..so it was THE perfect performance..i'll admit to you. I have been feeling really lethargic for this 1 week..

In all im sooooo glad every thing went well without any hitch & thanks for praying fro me?!!:)

My job

I have been hearing things about my workplace..Things that are not so appealing...hmmm...Iwoudl be multi-tasking soon as they are under-staffed. I'm still quite cluless of the things that i require to do. I attended a mtg on my 2nd day, assisted a workshop on my 6th day, conducting a booth next friday & sat?!!weird nah???Im still worried about the project that is goin to be arrowed to me?!!As expected, the people are not as friendly as i expected. There r 3 depts in the office & they seems to be an imaginary line which separates us..strange..they just keep to their dept.. these are the times when i reaaaally miss my ex-colleagues..imagine me NOT talking from 9-6pm???!!preposterous na??hahahahah..i feel so cut off from life...sob..

Im just goin to give myself from 3-6months & see is i really like what i am doing right now. If no, the i shall take this as an experience/course to upgrade myself & move on.

Its been always like this.. i have never enjoyed my first few weeks/months of my working life...

That goes to show how im feelin now....BORING... im was sooo used to chattin with the people around me that i find it totally strange when im left all alone to work all by myself...its just soo quiet there... i almost slept through my first day....zzzz........Unfortunately, msn is banned there!! Can't believe my buddy in a civil sector can actually use msgner while me being in pte sector can't!!

There is nothin much there, except a couple of coffeehouses & fast food joints. Its a gd thing that the library is there:)

Sadly, there aren't any hunks there...not even a ok looking guy..sigh... how sad!!!Only managed to go out with a gay who was nowhere near being pretty!

Dunno how long howm im goin to take to break the ice with them. My manager is planning to intro aka "launch" me next week over the mtg!!!

I just realised that i have loads of work to do.. more than what i was informed during the interview!!!Its gd in a way.. as it won't be monotonous...

Right now my job is turn surf the net...for work i mean!!I would be even heading a project soon.. oh boy!!My post is called Operations officer but im also acting as the customer service + marketing personnel..

I actually attended an outstation meeting on my 2nd day itself!I felt like i was in twilight zone...(just imagine the tune here)too much of info... v. over-whelming...I just flashed my trademark smile & carried out nodding & scribbling notes....which i need to pass it to my manager tomorrow..

I knew my current job will be a total boring place to work..but i took the risk as a challenge & stepped out of my previous work..... a place where i was adored.. i believe..really miss .. them.. sigh.. well i might be going over to ther place next week.. that will be fun!!:)

Im still confused over this coming sat...im not sure whether i will be on time for my performance as i have to rush from work! I was just told that i was alreday pre-booked by some staff to help out in a job fair?!!!So now there is no chance of wearing a sari in the morning..which i was contemplating on...kadavela!!ennai kaapathu pa!!! Hope my teacher understands!!!

Pre Bday celebrations..

I had 2 pre-birthday celebrations with the span of 2 days?!!!

Met up with my chweeet friend Vandhana, on friday!! She was soooo wonderful in getting me a bouquet of flowers + a chocolate cake!!yummy....

Well it was totally embarrasing when they played the "birthday" song when i blowed out the candles?!!!It was actually a kids birthday song...aiyoh.... but the staff were very helpful tho..all i did was hide for cover?!!!!heheheheh..

On sat, we went to a restaurant n had another celebrations....yeah... I had another chocolate cake cutting ceremony... with another happy birthday song being played...i was totally caught off-guard n reacted like a sotong.....Had a great XXX dinner ..hahahhaah...

I even received early bday gifts too.. yeah.. great onez !!:) thank you guyz.. im still expecting more.. n get me more $$ onez next yr nah????kekekekekke...

hmmm.. i was quite apprehensive of going out for a movie with a "fren"..well he is my fren's fren..do know him for quite a while.. so he is my fren now..kekekek..

Out to my surprise, i had a nice time watching a hilarious movie->"I pronounce Chuck & Larry" which was my choice!! Later had a good chit chat over lunch :) neat..

As expected it rained, as i went out for a movie with him for the very 1st time..hahahahha

Fis & Co. was not as delicious as i expected it to be.. The calamari wasn't tasty..my sis makes this super delicious ,crunchy,crispy fried squids?!!wow!!I juz love em'!IYuuummy!!
It did not come close to it!

My sis n i cook can really cook up some great dishes so my expectations as really gone up when i eat out. I do not want to spend my hard earned $$ on some lousy or below-average dishes?!!fair rite?

oh... i actually bumped into my ex-fren?!!!L:uckily i saw her before i really knocked into her?!!!I just wouldnt know how to react?!!!yikes?!!!She still looks e same...sigh.. watching her jus brought back flood of good memories..sigh....loved those times...:)

Anyways i couldnt believe this, but its been less than a week but i have already been called back to work to help out?!!!!Can u believe this????I really pitied my colleague as she had to work the following day of hari raya...hmmm.. wonder when she is plannin to leave..

My bloody hand is not getting cured...thanks to the hot sun yesterday..aiyoh.. y me sooo sensitive le...:(
